Winners need NOT be present to WIN! Winners must be 18 years of age or older and are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes.

TERMS:
Online orders require purchases to pay all processing fees. The State of Colorado requires that the entire ticket cost must be deposited into the segregated raffle account without deductions. All orders will receive an email confirmation displaying ticket numbers.
Winners will be contacted immediately after drawing, if not physically present. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will send a letter via certified mail. You will be required to show ID to collect your prize.
We will post the winner online at www.ourayelks.org/raffle for a minimum of 30 days and share via social media as well.
